Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager within the Surgical Technologies Division in the London Region. You will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Surgical Technology portfolio, requiring a hypergrowth mindset to promote our Neptune and SafeAir portfolio. The focus for the role is to drive capital sales growth whilst delivering value-based business proposals to key target customers across the South central area. This role involves market creation and change management so a strong understanding of the capital sales/business case process across the NHS & Private sector will be viewed favourably. Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. The company offers innovative products and services in MedSurg, Neurotechnology and Orthopaedics that help improve patient and healthcare outcomes. Qualifications
  • Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics
  • A demonstrable track record of success within sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
  • Commercial acumen
  • A full, valid UK drivers license
  • Experience in Medical Devices and in upper extremity would be advantageous
