As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes with our products. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exemplary customer service with a patient-focused approach.

You will need to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. You will conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and support cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this territory.

What you need

• Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
• Proven success in medical device sales
• Proven success in capital equipment sales
• Ownership mentality with results-focused drive
• Drive and desire to succeed and win
• Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial acumen, ideally with NHS/private sector knowledge
• A valid driver’s license
• Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
