Salary:£35,000–£40,000 basic + up to 40% annual bonus + Company Car

Are you a motivated field sales professional looking for your next challenge? Whether you come from waste management, utilities, construction, industrial services—or you're simply a strong salesperson with the drive to learn a new sector—we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for aTerritory Sales Managerto join our growing team, focusing on new business development across the South West. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take ownership from prospecting to closing, supported by warm leads from our telesales team and your own proactive outreach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business across the South West in drainage, utilities, and waste services.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, appointment setting, pitching, and closing.
  • Building relationships with clients across a variety of sectors including local authorities, event organisers, industrial firms, and more.
  • Identifying opportunities in sectors that generate or manage waste, including hazardous materials.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in field sales—industry background is flexible (waste, utilities, construction, industrial, etc.).
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong business development skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • Knowledge of the South West region is a plus.
