We are actively recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join and strengthen our team of skilled salespeople.

As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company’s revenue targets for new business in line with the company’s strategy for customer size, type, and service mix. Cold calling and door knocking are essential parts of this role to attract and develop new business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing a personal prospect funnel sufficient to meet both DPD & DPD Local new business targets as per the strategic plan.
  • Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile and delivering action plans if variances occur.
  • Successfully handing over all new accounts to the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager within the first eight weeks of trade.
  • Identifying and pursuing regular trading opportunities daily and weekly.
  • Championing the partnership process with new prospects where possible.
  • Achieving productivity targets, including 12 new prospect visits each week.
  • Meeting all portfolio product targets set by the company.
  • Obtaining all necessary documentation to process credit facilities to ISO standards.

Qualifications

Your career history should demonstrate success in sales or a similar environment, with a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to understand customer needs and secure their commitment.
