As a Territory Partner, you'll take responsibility for a dedicatedportfolio of healthcare clients, building strong, long-term relationships andbecoming the person they rely on when they need support, advice or solutions.
You'll develop a deep understanding of each organisation, learning abouttheir services, workforce challenges and future ambitions. Using thoseinsights, you'll work proactively to ensure they have access to the righthealthcare professionals at the right time, helping them deliver safe,high-quality care.
You'll also build strong relationships with the healthcare professionalswho support your territory, understanding their skills, experience and careeraspirations to connect them with opportunities where they can make the greatestimpact.
