The Role

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing business across your region.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the territory strategically to maximise sales and market share.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Deliver product evaluations, presentations, and training.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning.
  • Territory covers from north West Midlands up to Cumbria.
Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (medical devices/healthcare preferred).
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling ability with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Motivation to achieve targets and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.
