The Company:

This organisation manufactures and distributes a well-respected and diverse range of Urology and Stoma care products. Due to expansion, they are looking to bring in a Territory Manager. They provide a range of specialist products used by continence nurses, urology teams, and specialist nurses. An exciting opportunity exists for a driven, bright, ambitious sales candidate to join their team.

The Role:

The Territory Manager will support customers within Urology nursing teams in key hospital and community accounts in their region. This role requires excellent product knowledge, an empathetic and consultative style, strong listening, and organization skills. The company seeks someone who can establish trust with clinicians and build relationships within NHS hospitals and community nursing teams, enabling them to confidently recommend the products to their patients. Full, structured company and product training will be provided over the first year, along with coaching in the field, a supportive team environment, and attractive career development and earning potential.

The Territory:

East Midlands and South Yorkshire - WF, DN, HU, NG, CV, NN, PE, NR, IP

Who are you as a Territory Manager?
  • You have some selling experience in pharma or healthcare and are eager for a new challenge
  • You hold a full UK driving license and are comfortable driving to see customers daily
  • You are a relationship builder who listens well
The Package for Territory Manager:
  • Up to £25k bonus paid quarterly
  • Company car - hybrid
  • Lunch allowance, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday
