The Company: This organization manufactures and distributes a respected and diverse range of Urology and Stoma care products. Due to expansion, they are hiring a Territory Manager. They supply products used by continence nurses, urology teams, and specialist nurses. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, bright, ambitious sales candidate to join their team.

The Role: The Territory Manager will support customers within Urology nursing teams at key hospital and community accounts in their region. The role requires excellent product knowledge, an empathetic, consultative style, strong listening, and organizational skills. The company seeks someone who can build trust with clinicians and establish relationships within NHS hospitals and community nursing teams, enabling them to confidently recommend the products. Full structured training will be provided, along with coaching, a supportive team environment, career development, and attractive earning potential.

The Territory: North London, WD, HP, OX, MK, LU, AL, SG, CB, RM, SS, SM, CO

Who are you?

• You have some selling experience in pharma or healthcare and are eager for a new challenge
• You hold a full UK driving license and are comfortable driving to customer sites daily
• You are a great relationship builder and attentive listener

The Package:

· Up to £25k bonus paid quarterly

· Company car - hybrid

· Lunch allowance, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday

· Base salary range: £35-45k
