A fast-growing Medical Device client of mine specialising in the resuscitation space are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and adoption of our healthcare simulation solutions. This role is perfect for a consultative, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Use a consultative sales approach to sell simulation solutions to hospitals, education institutions, military, and EMS organizations.
Build strong relationships with strategic partners, key customers, and internal teams to maximize impact.
Achieve annual revenue targets while maintaining efficient territory management.
Lead customer training, demonstrations, and best practice sharing to drive adoption.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and user network meetings.
Role Requirements:
3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, SaaS, education, or healthcare technology.
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to demonstrate value-based solutions.
Excellent planning, CRM management (Salesforce preferred), and forecasting abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 80% within the UK.
Passion for healthcare, education, and improving patient outcomes.
