A fast-growing Medical Device client of mine specialising in the resuscitation space are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and adoption of our healthcare simulation solutions. This role is perfect for a consultative, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to sell simulation solutions to hospitals, education institutions, military, and EMS organizations.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic partners, key customers, and internal teams to maximize impact.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets while maintaining efficient territory management.
  • Lead customer training, demonstrations, and best practice sharing to drive adoption.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and user network meetings.

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, SaaS, education, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to demonstrate value-based solutions.
  • Excellent planning, CRM management (Salesforce preferred), and forecasting abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the UK.
  • Passion for healthcare, education, and improving patient outcomes.
