JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of our Structural Heart business is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

As our business grows, we are looking to expand our sales team with an additional (Senior) Territory Manager for our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio across the North West of England.

What you’ll do:

  • This role involves both clinical and commercial activities, including clinical sign-off and procedural support.
  • Achieve sales targets within your geographical area to meet revenue goals.
  • Become knowledgeable in all aspects of TAVI and effectively communicate Abbott TAVI technology's benefits.
  • Provide field support for Abbott's TAVI Program.
  • Lead or assist in training NHS TAVI Team staff.
  • Assist in planning and training for new product launches.
  • Maintain expert status and clinical and technical proficiency, focusing on design, development, clinical application, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), monitor competitor activity and pricing, and operate collaboratively with the UK organization.

What you’ll need:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Prior TAVI experience, preferably with clinical, in-procedure sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Cardiac Anatomy & Physiology and familiarity with cath lab/operating room procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales success and ability to deliver results.
  • Strategic understanding and big-picture thinking.
  • Initiative and independence in work.
  • Team player with high personal involvement and commitment to customers.
