LeMaitre is seeking a dynamic professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the cardiovascular field. As the primary contact and valued partner to LeMaitre’s clients, you will identify growth opportunities, drive sales through account planning, and ensure high client satisfaction by providing support. You will negotiate contracts, monitor account performance, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

To succeed, you should have experience and expertise in the medical device industry, preferably within cardiovascular or surgical devices. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, strong product knowledge, and an understanding of clinical complexities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, especially MDR, is important, along with business acumen. You will work independently from a home office, managing extensive travel within your territory. Strong self-management skills, a proactive attitude, and results-driven mindset are essential. Traits like humor, empathy, and curiosity are valued and indicate a mature approach to challenges.
