Territory: North East London

Products: Sports medicine portfolio including capital equipment, cameras and arthroscopes for soft tissue repair.

THE COMPANY: This international organisation is a manufacturer of some of the UK's best quality medical devices, consumables, and equipment! They turnover circa £3billion and are experiencing incredible growth with revenues increasing YOY , investing in their people, RND and new products annually. THE ROLE:

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts across both NHS and private hospitals. Your primary stakeholders will include surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, theatre nurses, and procurement teams.

You will promote and sell a leading portfolio sports medicine products for soft tissue repair, with a strong emphasis on both expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities within operating theatres.

Comprehensive product training will be provided, and the role offers strong, achievable earning potential.

Given the demands of the theatre environment, flexibility is essential - this is not a typical 9-to-5 position. In return, the bonus structure is highly rewarding, offering excellent incentives for committed, high-performing individuals.

REQUIREMENTS :

· Candidates must ideally have an orthopaedics sales background or theatre sales experience.

· We also encourage clinicians such as physios, radiologists, scrub technicians looking for a commercial sales role.

· Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology gained through formal education (e.g. nursing, sports science, physiotherapy etc.)

· Confident and engaging personality with a team player mentality.

CULTURE: You will be joining a professional and motivated team that is led by a very motivational manager who wants to help people develop into successful salespeople. · Basic: £40,000-£60,000 DOE

· Bonus: £30,000 uncapped

· Car: Fully expensed company car

· Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
