Job Description:

Are you a driven sales professional ready to make an impact in a rapidly growing UK start-up? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment where you can shape your own success?

Our client, a global leader in respiratory health, is expanding into the UK market and is looking for a Territory Manager to drive new business across the South of England. This is an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking respiratory diagnostic technology, with uncapped earning potential and the chance to grow alongside a business disrupting the market.

The Role:

As Territory Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, targeting, and winning new business. This is a commercially focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business and expand market share across the South of England.
  2. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, from NHS and private healthcare providers to procurement teams and distributors.
  3. Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations to secure new accounts.
  4. Work autonomously, managing your own territory while being part of an ambitious, high-growth team.
  5. Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities to position our client’s innovative technology as the go-to solution in respiratory diagnostics.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven medical sales experience—ideally in small capital equipment.
  2. A hunter mentality—resilient, proactive, and results-driven, with a track record of winning new business.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence key stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to sell the value of a cutting-edge product.
  5. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the South of England.
