Job Description:

Key Duties

  • You will manage current accounts in key areas but also develop new hospitals in line with growth plan.
  • Train product knowledge and support surgical cases, expanding the client base.
  • Provide a professional and intuitive sales experience for all clients.
  • Carry out the complete sales cycle, interacting with all professional partners both internally and externally.
  • You will receive full training and be supported by fellow sales professionals, management, and internal sources.

Package and Benefits

£40k - £50k Circa Basic (flexible DOE), £24k OTE plus overage. Executive level company car (electric or hybrid). Pension, training, medical insurance, etc.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' medical devices sales experience, ideally in hospital settings, with exposure to surgical procedures, and ideally in a Science, Sport, or Anatomy-related field.

You will have a proven track record of sales excellence. Candidates must be dynamic, proactive, driven, ethical, highly organized, and strong communicators.
