THE ROLE: As a Territory Manager, the successful candidate will manage and grow commercial relationships by promoting hand and wrist plating, custom wrist implants, and pelvic trauma plating systems within the orthopaedics arena. The role involves communication mainly with theatre staff, orthopaedic surgeons, and procurement managers. Full product training will be provided, and career prospects are attractive within this medtech company.

COMPANY: This is an orthopaedic organization providing an innovative, quality range of patient-specific orthopaedic products/solutions to clinicians and hospitals, primarily NHS with some private hospitals. Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity exists for a driven, credible, resilient, eager-to-learn, and patient-focused sales or clinical professional to manage and grow their business within the territory.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in selling to hand and wrist trauma surgeons
• OR theatre sales experience
• OR an ODP that has worked with hand and wrist surgeons seeking a new challenge

THE PACKAGE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• Basic Salary: £48,000 - £55,000
• Bonus: £15,000+ uncapped
• Car or car allowance
