The Successful Applicant



  • A degree or equivalent professional experience with demonstrable success in medical/surgical sales


  • Strong influencing skills and a proven ability to build business partnerships


  • Experience working in surgical environments, particularly within ophthalmology or similar clinical areas


  • A consultative approach with the ability to build trust through strategic questioning and engagement


  • High adaptability and proficiency with digital sales tools and reporting platforms
