We're currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the UK. If you excel at inspiring and advising the architecture and design (A&D) community, have a passion for selling high-end products, and bring a creative and entrepreneurial mindset to the table then this opportunity is for you!

In this role, you'll have the chance to expand our business in the London area and the South of England , focusing on architecture and design. You'll play a key role in developing project specifications, fostering relationships within the A&D community, and driving sales with key end users.

Tasks and responsibilities
  • You will share responsibility for the sales growth of our interior segment, like wall linings and furniture, in the London area and the South of England (from Birmingham southwards) .
  • You will drive sales growth by acquiring fascinating new projects and customers.
  • You will inspire and advise architects, designers, and other stakeholders on our high- performing surfaces.
  • You will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while also expanding our customer base with new potential customers.
  • You will collaborate with your global team colleagues to acquire and share application and segment-specific market intelligence to support each other.
  • You will be responsible for achieving annual volume and pricing targets as well as ensuring long-term, sustainable, and profitable growth.
What do you bring?
  • You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical field, or possess equivalent knowledge and skills gained through commercial training and professional experience.
  • You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience - preferably in the specification process and sales of complex products - with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth. Experience of Scientific applications such as laboratories , clean rooms or special healthcare applications is a plus.
  • You are motivated, enthusiastic, independent, flexible and self-disciplined.
  • You possess excellent communication and teaching (didactic) skills and can inspire and motivate your audience.
  • You have an affinity for numbers, are goal-oriented and present a confident demeanour.
  • You have strong negotiation skills and can build long-term relationships with clients, customers and partners.
  • You are experienced in using IT systems and software, including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • You are willing to travel regularly, for several days a week, within the designated area.
  • Ideally, you live in or near the London area .
