Job description

About this opportunity

As a Territory Manager, you will be part of our diverse and dynamic global team that is transforming the industry from analog to digital. You will work on complex projects involving innovative products like Invisalign clear aligners and the advanced iTero intraoral scanner. Your role involves managing a defined sales territory for Align Technology and selling directly to dentists, helping to modernize their practices with digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and practice growth.

The assigned region is Central London, including the postcodes: E1, E2, EC, WC, E14, E1W, SE1, SE4, SE5, SE6, SE8, SE10, SE11, SE17, SE22, SE24.

You understand that successful selling involves listening as much as talking to fully understand and meet customer needs. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, OTE, and excellent social benefits. There are also opportunities for career advancement within sales or other internal teams.

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage your territory to grow the business and onboard high-potential accounts.
  2. Use insights and a consultative approach to educate customers about their industry and their patients.
  3. Encourage dental professionals to adopt digital technologies to modernize and expand their practices.
  4. Develop and execute a territory plan based on potential in each account.
  5. Create account plans for high-potential clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  6. Leverage data and analytics to support customer decision-making.
  7. Coordinate internal resources to enhance the customer experience and promote Align solutions.

In this role, you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills.
  • Comfort discussing business metrics such as cash flow, ROI, and P&L.
  • A desire to work in a high-performance team.
  • Adaptability and openness to new ideas.
  • Relationship management skills to build positive connections with customers and colleagues.
  • B2B sales experience; industry experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontics, or capital equipment is preferred but not required.
