THE ROLE:
As a Territory Manager covering Scotland, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts across both NHS and private hospitals. Your primary stakeholders will include surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, theatre nurses, and procurement teams.
You will promote and sell a leading portfolio of orthopaedic products such as implants, tools and software, with a strong emphasis on both expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities within operating theatres.
Comprehensive product training will be provided, and the role offers strong, achievable earning potential.
Given the demands of the theatre environment, flexibility is essential – this is not a typical 9-to-5 position. In return, the bonus structure is highly rewarding, offering excellent incentives for committed, high-performing individuals.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Due to the specialist nature of the role, candidates should have upper limb arthroplasty sales experience
· We will also consider candidates with orthopaedic sales experience that have the right transferable skills and knowledge
· Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology gained through formal education (e.g. nursing, sports science, physiotherapy etc.)
· Confident and engaging personality with a team player mentality.

The Package for the Territory Manager :
· Basic: £40,000-£60,000 DOE
· Bonus: £30,000 uncapped
· Car: Fully expensed company car
