Territory Manager

Type: Permanent

Role Responsibilities:

• Promote, sell, and ensure proper distribution of advanced wound care products in both community and NHS/acute settings.
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory using effective and ethical communication strategies.
• Develop relationships with customers including TVNs, procurement teams, nursing homes, and key opinion leaders.
• Work closely with Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers to develop local business plans and ensure formulary compliance.
• Secure hospital and community formularies and promote formulary adherence.
• Cover the Scotland region, ideally based on the M8 corridor (Glasgow/Edinburgh).

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in wound care, or pharma, devices, or medical consumables.
• Understanding of NHS buying processes and prescription routes.
• Confident product demonstrator with strong communication skills, especially in anatomy and physiology.
• Experience selling into hospitals, quick learner, with a sense of urgency.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet use.
• Full driving license required.
