Territory Manager (Respiratory Care)

Northern England & Scotland

Are you a driven and customer-focused medical sales professional looking to make a real impact in respiratory care? Do you want to work for a respected, innovative medical device company where success is measured by outcomes, not just contact rates? If so, this is the opportunity for you.

We are currently recruiting a Territory Manager for a well-established and highly regarded medical device organisation who specialise in Respiratory Care. This field based role will cover Northern England & Scotland, with full responsibility for driving sales and growing the respiratory product portfolio across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and distribution partners.
  • Promote and support the use of respiratory medical devices, delivering product education and training both remotely and in-person.
  • Identify and secure new distribution opportunities within the region.
  • Attend and represent the company at regional and national industry conferences and exhibitions.
  • Ensure compliance with Medical Device Regulations and the ABPI Code of Practice.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and territory reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
  • ABPI qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience selling into secondary care / hospital settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and highly organised with a collaborative approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
