Qualifications

  • Experience in a field-based sales role, preferably in pharmacy or fragrance boutique.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • High levels of resilience and energy are essential.

Responsibilities

Territory Manager/ Field Sales Representative

Territory covers: Chelmsford, Colchester,Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Southend-on- Sea, Norwich, Cambridge & surrounding areas (Ideal postcode CM2)

Standout Field Marketing have a fantastic opportunity to join our Coty beauty team who will call on pharmacies, and independent fragrance boutiques.

As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, your role will be to increase visibility of the Coty portfolio of brands. You will be representing a wide range of Coty brands such as Max Factor, Rimmel & Sally Hansen. They also represent luxury brands such as Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss & Gucci fragrances. Visiting approximately 5stores per day, you will merchandise beauty stands, sell in additional products and stands and build strong relationships with key decision makers within your territory.

Ideally you will have experience of working within a field based sales role with exposure to the pharmacy or fragrance boutique environment however this is not essential.

You will be self motivated and thrive working within a KPI driven environment. A people person, you will be confident and comfortable building relationships in store with key contacts and have great communication skills. Previous experience working within a customer centred or retail role would definitely be advantageous and high levels of resilience and energy are essential.

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance.Please note this role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnights may be required on occasion.
