Newcross Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager to lead and grow our South East presence, overseeing client relationships and workforce engagement. Hybrid work with occasional travel to our London office enables close collaboration with regional teams.

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or territory management.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Confident with CRM systems and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory.
• Identify growth opportunities, win new business, and win back lapsed clients.
• Be the senior point of contact for client escalations and service challenges.
• Support workforce engagement and retention to maximise coverage.
• Monitor KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Act as a Newcross Brand Ambassador promoting excellence and improvement.
