Job summary

Acosta Europe, on behalf of Red Bull – Impulse, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own the Lincolnshire & Newark Territory. You will build relationships with in-store decision makers, drive availability and execution, and secure prime shelf space across the patch.

The role offers a £28,796 annual salary plus a 12% performance bonus, company vehicle, fuel card and tech tools. If you are driven, persuasive, and comfortable on the shop floor, you’ll help shape brand presence in stores.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with in-store decision makers
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including prime displays
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations
• Using data to prioritise high-value stores
• Spotting gaps and maximizing every visit
• Reporting activity and market insights
