Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Red Bull Impulse program in the Lincolnshire & Newark territory. You will own the patch, build relationships with in-store decision makers, and drive availability and promotional execution across top outlets.

You will engage in high-impact merchandising, use data to prioritise visits, and report outcomes while representing one of the world’s most powerful brands with autonomy and drive.

Qualifications

• Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus — not a must.
• Must be able to work independently and manage a patch.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers and drive promotions in-store.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key in-store decision makers and influence range, availability and promotions.
• Drive merchandising and activation in-store, including secondary displays and shelf space.
• Use data to prioritise high-value stores and report activity accurately.
• Identify and fix issues to maximise each visit and beat targets.
• Represent Red Bull Impulse and Acosta Europe with professionalism on the road.
