Job summary

Smollan's Field Sales Representative role for Unilever covers territory (Telford, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Llandrindod Wells, Welshpool and Newton). You will visit stores, build relationships with managers, ensure products are stocked, and set up eye-catching displays.

No prior field sales experience is required; full training is provided. You will be out on the road, reporting activity via mobile apps, and you can progress within a high-performing team representing world-renowned

Qualifications

• No direct sales experience required (full training provided).
• You don’t need direct sales experience; training will cover field sales basics.
• Confident, friendly and self-motivated individuals are suitable.
• Comfortable speaking to a wide range of people and managing time well.
• Basic confidence using apps on your phone is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visit a variety of stores across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and teams.
• Ensure products are fully stocked and easy to find.
• Set up eye-catching displays and promotions.
• Fix gaps on shelves and spot sales opportunities.
