Field Sales Executive

Location: Nottingham and Leicester

Hours of Work: 9 am to 5 pm

Field-based with HQ visits and offsite meetings.

Instore, part of Smiths News, is recruiting a Field Sales Representative to drive new retail distribution points by selling products within the Independent Retail Sector (Convenience, CTN, Grocery, etc.).

Our client is a household name supplying supermarkets, high street retailers, garden centres, and has a strong e-commerce presence. Their products and displays are well-suited for the independent market, offering high-quality products at various price points, seasonal ranges, attractive margins, and ongoing retailer support through engaging marketing strategies.

This role involves full territory management, visiting retailers to promote new service offers, and acting as the key liaison between the brand, Instore, and Smiths News.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and distribution targets across your territory.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and identify new distribution opportunities.
  • Approach sales with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Identify key accounts with bulk distribution potential.
