Join Our Innovative Dermatology Care Company as a Sales Representative

Are you looking to join a company that nurtures its employees and promotes a healthy work-life balance? Do you have 'over the counter' sales experience and want to be part of a company that has led the development, manufacture, and marketing of innovative skincare products for many years?

We are excited to offer an excellent new Sales Representative role with a client dedicated to advancing dermatology care! The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and market share with pharmacies for our innovative and popular products.

Our Client is looking for someone with:
  • Strong sales experience, especially in relationship building, closing sales, and handling objections with pharmacy customers
  • Experience working towards KPIs
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A university degree is preferred but not essential
  • An enterprising, enthusiastic self-starter who is adaptable to change
  • Experience selling to pharmacists and pharmacy staff (not essential)
  • FMCG experience (not essential)
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sales skills to increase sales and market share in pharmacies within your territory to meet annual sales targets
  • Conduct product knowledge and sales training for pharmacists and their staff
  • Influence pharmacists' habits to recommend our products
  • Negotiate to increase product availability and OTC sales within pharmacies
  • Secure shelf space in stores and plan off-location displays with major accounts
  • Collaborate with your Medical Sales partner to organize key events that promote pharmacy recommendations and growth
  • Work with the Key Account Representative to sell into major pharmacy groups
  • Attend trade shows and conferences
