Job summary

Smollan is recruiting a Field Brand Merchandiser to represent Mondelez in your territory. This 24-hour-per-week role (Tuesday–Thursday) covers Llandudno, Bangor, Rhyl, Wrexham and surrounds, with a full UK driving licence and access to your own car; mileage is reimbursed.

You will build relationships with store managers, implement planograms, create displays, and ensure product availability and promotional compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service or a field-based role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence influencing and negotiating with store managers and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues.
• Use effective communication and negotiation skills to secure support for promotional activity, displays and compliance initiatives.
• Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory.
