As a result of huge investment and financial backing our client, who are a UK based vape distributor, are looking for a dynamic, personable and highly motivated Territory Account Manager to become an integral part of their success story!
Joining an already established team of field-based account managers, your primary focus in this role will be to drive distribution throughout a dedicated area by building relationships with a range of independent retailers including convenience, vape stores, phone shops, symbol groups/managed independents and the On-Trade, including pubs, clubs, bars & social clubs.
To begin this role will be heavily new business driven. Your day to day will involve visiting/reaching out to relevant decision makers within the target customer base, who will predominantly be the store owner/manager; educating them on the business, the product portfolio and the service you can provide, and following this activating those accounts by encouraging customers to use point of sale materials that advertise the brands you represent, and merchandising the new products in store.
The role will organically move more towards an account management role however, as you will retain all new accounts brought on, so the focus will then shift to ensuring the customers satisfaction, continued business and growth. With this in mind you will need to be highly adaptable and demonstrate excellent organisation skills and the ability to effectively split your time between account management and new business meetings.
This is a highly exciting and varied role which will be purely field based, working completely remotely, so you will need to be highly self-motivated, efficient, and organised and someone on ownership, pace, and variety.
