Location: London Gateway (Stanford-le-Hope)

Position Type: Permanent, full-time

Hours of work: 50 hours per week, night shift

The role:

As a Terminal Coordinator, you will handle incoming and outgoing customer service requests, including depot-related queries, shunt planning and delivery, Reefer-related inquiries, and bonded storage requests. You will also participate in various projects, promoting our culture and prioritizing health and safety.

  • Book VBS for Pentalver and port movements, ensuring no missed bookings.
  • Address Reefer-related queries, coordinating with Terminal MSO for settings and Genset releases.
