Job summary

• Ability to build relationships with pupils and be flexible to support their specific needs.
• Willingness to undergo training from outside agencies to support areas of need.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with pupils and as part of a small team to meet daily pupil needs.
• Support included in-class activities and targeted interventions to support pupils with a range of needs.
• Adapt practice to enable children to participate in everyday school life and engage with learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents, outside agencies and professionals as needed.
