Job summary

Dudley Academies Trust invites applications for a friendly receptionist/administrator to join The Link Academy's admin team. You will be the first point of contact, greeting parents, visitors and staff in the newly refurbished reception area and delivering a welcoming, efficient service.

The role is based at The Link Academy in Dudley, working 1:15pm to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. Experience in an educational setting and ability to multitask under pressure are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational setting, school reception or administration
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Greet parents, visitors and staff with a welcoming manner
• Term-time hours: 1:15pm–4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in the reception area
• Provide receptionist and administrative support to the school
• Assist the admin team as required
