St Aloysius’ College in Glasgow is seeking a School Nurse – Term Time to provide proactive nursing support to pupils during term-time hours. This 35-hour week role focuses on safeguarding, health promotion, medications administration and first aid within the Medical Centre, aligned to school hours.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC PIN and CPD.
• Experience and knowledge of child health, ideally in a school setting.
• Ability to apply clinical judgement confidently.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil health.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Medical Centre and advise on health issues relating to pupil welfare.
• Provide nurse-led medical support and first aid for pupils and staff.
• Administer medications and support health promotion and safeguarding.
