Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant for Truro College in Truro. This term-time role covers a variety of food production tasks and meal service within school environments. The position is Monday to Friday, offering 32.5 hours per week at £12.71 per hour.

The role focuses on food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across kitchen and dining areas, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of food preparation or barista coffee shop experience would be desirable, but training can be given.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tasty food and snacks.
• Comply with Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures.
• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image.
