Sodexo Ltd at St John's Catholic Primary School in Gravesend is hiring a Food Service Assistant to support daily food service operations during term time. You will prepare and serve meals, help maintain clean kitchens and dining areas, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

The role offers a friendly team environment with full training provided and a focus on work-life balance. Working hours are 32.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay of £12.71 per hour and 38 weeks per year under

Qualifications

• Previous catering or food service experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.

• Replenish food displays and service counters as required.
• Support deliveries and store supplies appropriately.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers, colleagues or visitors.
