Job summary

Outspoken Training LLP in the UK is seeking passionate cycle instructors to plan and deliver engaging cycle training sessions in schools across Lincolnshire. You will teach in outdoor settings, look after pupil welfare with risk assessments, and handle course paperwork and communications with pupils, staff and parents.

Courses run during school terms with flexible days; training will include Level 2 Instructing Cycle Training and safeguarding, plus CPD options.

Qualifications

• Love cycling and enthusiasm for active outdoors.
• Interest or experience in teaching or coaching.
• Happy to work in varied outdoor environments with safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and progressively structure cycle training sessions.
• Work outdoors in diverse on- and off-road environments.
• Ensure pupil welfare and safety through risk assessments.
