Outspoken Training LLP in the UK is seeking passionate cycle instructors to plan and deliver engaging cycle training sessions in schools across Lincolnshire. You will teach in outdoor settings, look after pupil welfare with risk assessments, and handle course paperwork and communications with pupils, staff and parents.
Courses run during school terms with flexible days; training will include Level 2 Instructing Cycle Training and safeguarding, plus CPD options.
We are looking for passionate cycle instructors who share our mission to make cycling accessible for all.
We deliver, life-changing and fun cycle training along with instructor qualifications, to inspire more people to build cycling into their everyday lives.
We run training across the country; in North Lincolnshire, we are looking for instructors who can travel to schools in and around Gainsborough, Skegness, Sleaford, Grantham, Boston, Louth, Ruskington, and Market Rasen.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a small, enthusiastic local team who share your passion for inspiring the next generation of cyclists.
Courses are typically 1-4 days long during school term time. Our instructors are usually available for a minimum of two days per week with the flexibility to work variable hours per day between 9.00am and 3pm.
If you have additional availability, then once fully qualified, work is also available on weekends and during school holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee hours but will work with you to match your needs as closely as possible with ours.

We welcome applications from all sections of the community and are committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels valued. All appointments will be made on the basis of skills, experience and enthusiasm for our mission.
Join us in building a stronger team to serve our communities better!
