Stafford Manor High School is seeking a Cover Supervisor to commence as soon as possible. This term-time role works 37 hours per week, with a salary in the £27,274–£28,153 band pro rata.

You will establish positive relationships with students, support inclusion, supervise lessons, and adapt work set by teaching staff to help pupils reach their full potential. Closing date 9 November 2026.

• Establish productive working relationships with students, acting as a role model and learning mentor to set high expectations and ensure students reach their full potential.
• Promote the inclusion and success of all students within the classroom.
• Support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs.
• Supervise and adapt work set by teaching staff.
