Job summary

Norse Group Ltd. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for Rosebank Primary during term time, with some half-term hours. The role involves on-site supervision of a small cleaner team and ensuring quality cleaning to customer standards.

You will manage staff, ensure health & safety, complete paperwork, and coordinate training and inductions. The position is 16.25 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 3:15pm-6:30pm, Leeds, at £13.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
• Confident using smartphones/tablets for reporting and scheduling tasks.
• Flexibility to cover term-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations and supervise a small team.
• Ensure cleaning standards and health & safety compliance.
• Complete payroll, training records and building service paperwork.
• Induct new staff and monitor attendance and leave coverage.
• Order cleaning materials and coordinate equipment.
• Attend training and management meetings as required.
