Zusammenfassung

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Ravenshall Primary School, Dewsbury. The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3.30 pm – 6.30 pm during term time, with hours extended to 8 am – 4 pm in school holidays. Temporary-to-permanent, weekly pay in the temporary period, then monthly pay on permanent hire.

Qualifikationen

• The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals, including COSHH.
• Cleaning experience in a school environment would be preferred
• DBS check required to meet safeguarding regulations with references.

Aufgaben

• Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, and replenish all consumable dispensers
• Cleaning classrooms; damp-wipe tables, legs, chairs, desks and hard surfaces, including window sills and skirting boards
• Cleaning of internal glazing
• Vacuum all soft floors and carpets, including barrier matting
• To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Periodic deep cleaning during specified school holidays
• To ensure you are adhering to the colour coding directives and regularly changing mop heads, cloths, and other equipment
• To ensure the correct collection, storage, and removal of waste/rubbish from the work area to the collection point.
