Trinity Academy St Edward’s in Barnsley is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Assistant to join our friendly team. You will carry out efficient cleaning of the building and site to a high standard, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (2.30pm–6.30pm), term time only with 23 additional days, offering a rewarding opportunity within a forward-thinking Trust that values wellbeing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Cleaning or site maintenance experience.
• Experience in a cleaning role (paid or unpaid).

Responsibilities

• Clean the building and site to a high standard.
• Support the Premises Manager in caring for the premises and its furniture, fittings and equipment.
