Caterlink is recruiting a Chef for Outwood Academy Kirkby, Kirkby-in-Ashfield. This term-time, part-time position offers 27.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, at £13 per hour. You’ll prepare and present nutritionally balanced meals, adhere to safety standards and help manage daily site operations.

Role focuses on delivering high-quality school meals while supporting your line manager and working within a diverse, inclusive team. DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Follow Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• Enhance Caterlink’s reputation for quality food and service with clients and customers.
• Support the line manager with daily site operations, inventory, budgets and action plans.
