Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for Outwood Academy Hemsworth, offering term-time-only hours with no weekends. The role focuses on delivering nutritionally balanced, tasty meals while leading site teams and ensuring high standards of safety and service.

The Chef Manager will manage inventories and budgets, act as the primary client contact at the school, and drive continuous improvements through training and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• Ensure that Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures are met.
• Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams.
• Manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans.
• Be main point of contact for the client in school and drive regular improvements.
