Caterlink is hiring a Chef at Norlington School & Sixth Form, London, to provide nutritionally balanced and tasty meals during term-time. The role is 26 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with 38 weeks per year and £14.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking and presenting food to Caterlink and client standards while ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures are followed and paperwork kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
