Caterlink is seeking a Relief Catering Assistant to cover sites in Exeter, Torbay, Plymouth and Tavistock. This mobile, term-time only role offers 20 hours per week over 38 weeks per year and requires you to have your own transport.

The successful candidate will help the Catering Manager with food preparation to the required standards, ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures are followed, and assist with day-to-day site operations including inventories and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• To help the Catering Manager prepare and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
