Job summary

Caterlink LTD is seeking a Relief Catering Assistant to support our site-based teams in a mobile role. The position is term-time only (38 weeks/year) with no weekends and requires your own transport. The role pays £13.37 per hour and involves working Monday to Friday under a zero-hours contract.

Key duties include food preparation, adherence to health and safety standards, keeping areas clean, and providing friendly customer service while upholding Caterlink’s brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or catering environments preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of tasty food and snacks.
• Comply with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures.
• Keep the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide friendly, efficient and hygienic service to customers.
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image.
