Ideal candidates will possess a Level 3 qualification in childcare, have at least two years of Early Years experience, and be passionate about fostering a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working in Early Years.
• Experience of working in a Room leader/supervisor role.
• Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, Montessori & EYFS.

A small Term Time montessori nursery in Shepherds Bush is looking for an experienced and qualified Room Leader for their Pre school room

The pre school room caters for a maximum of 14 children,

The Manager is looking for someone who is experienced in children, warm, caring, kind and passionate about childcare.

This is a permanent TERM TIME position and you will be required to work the following:

• Monday to Friday 745am-430pm

• Up to date DBS (If not, must be willing to complete one)

• Sharing innovative new ideas

• Communicate with children, staff and parents on a daily basis
• Carry out teaching following the Montessori framework
