Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse seeking a term-time only position in Nurseries around Wednesbury? Aspire People is looking for compassionate Nursery Nurses to join our team in Wednesbury.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized support and assistance to all children in the Nursery.
2. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet students' unique needs.
3. Support the students' academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
4. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
5. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
6. Assist with assessing students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent ratio).
• Previous experience working in a Nursery setting.
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience, resilience, and emotional support skills.
