Term-time only Nursery Nurse - Tipton

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse seeking a term-time only position in Nurseries around Tipton? Aspire People is looking for compassionate Nursery Nurses to join our team and work in a Nursery in Tipton.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support and assistance to all children in the Nursery.
  2. Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities to meet each child's unique needs.
  3. Support the child's academic, social, and emotional development, promoting their self-confidence and independence.
  4. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.
  5. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate each child's learning style and abilities.
  6. Assist with assessing the child's progress and provide feedback to the classroom teacher and parents.
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent ratio).
  • Previous experience working in a Nursery.
  • Strong empathy and understanding of individual child needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, resilience, and emotional support skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs and adjust teaching strategies.
  • Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources.
  • Qualifications in education or as a teaching assistant are desirable but not essential.
